Employee Suggestion Program

Saving money and working more efficiently are important goals for West Virginia State Government. To stimulate creative and innovative thinking, and reward State workers who suggest cost-saving ideas, the State has created the Employee Suggestion Program.
 
Monetary awards of up to 20% of the first year's savings (up to a maximum of $10,000) are possible. Honorary awards may also be given.
