Contemporary research indicates that the effects of occupational stress cost American businesses over $300 billion dollars each year.  The results of unaddressed occupational stress include increased absenteeism, burnout, behavioral health problems, accidents, and negative impacts on physical health and well-being.

Because today's workplace is characterized by high pressure and continuous change, effective management of occupational stress is vital to a successful organization.  Regardless of your position in the organization, your ability to manage stress is necessary for your productivity and well-being.

In this interactive program, you will:
  • Identify individual sources of stress;
  • Learn positive approaches for managing pressure; and
  • Practice techniques for dealing with tense situations.
