Being the primary learning and consulting resource for the Governor’s Executive Team by establishing a vital partnership in change leadership and performance improvement initiatives. National and international recognition for our achievements in publications, accreditation, and education. An interdependent, learning/teaching community that facilitates management and leadership development. A state-of-the-art training facility where participants learn in an accessible, comfortable, and engaging atmosphere.
